Impact of This Project:
- Saudi Arabia will not import pipes from outside countries. Instead this will be manufactured in inside country so its cash will flow inside the Kingdom.
- This project is not just a business. Its purpose is to reduce dependency on oil and promote other sectors as well.
- Such a big factory means that jobs creation. Local Saudis will get job in this big factory and they will learn new skills.
- This factory will be a backbone for oil, gas, and water transportation. Saudi Arabia has many projects in oil, gas, and water sector where number of steel pipes are used. So this factory will fulfil its demand.

About Sudair Industrial City
Sudair is located 150 Km away from Riyadh city on Riyadh-Qassim highway. This industrial city is also linked in Saudi Arabian Railway (SAR). So transportation will be easy from one place to another. This is mega project of MODON. The total area is 265000 square meter. Food processing, pharmaceuticals, building materials, and consumer goods factories are there. Electricity, water, and fiber optic system is already present. Workers residents, and shopping malls are also there in Sudair Industrial City.
