This project is located in Dubai Harbour where new luxury "W Residence" are going to be constructed. This project will consist of 3 best towers where 490 villas will be constructed. The total sale value of this project is AED 5 billion.
Excavation and foundation work is going on this project right now. ABCC Foundation and Marine Construction Contracting Co is sub contractor for civil activity of this project. The contract value for ABCC Foundation is AED 51 million.
