Introduction

Saudi Gulf News: ADNOC Gas has finalized a contractor for it's Habshan 7 project in Abu Dhabi. This project is third phase of "Rich Gas Development" program. The purpose of this project is to enhance gas production in UAE. This project will fulfill the country requirement and will enhance the export. The expected cost of this project is $4 billion.

More Information

The technical scope of work include construction of plant with high pressure pipeline, separation unit, and sulfur recovery unit. Habshan 7 will be integrated with old Habshan 5 in order to use already existing utilities. This project is part of ADNOC Gas's vision to produce oil 5 million barrels per day. Modern technology will be utilized in order to reduce the carbon emissions.
