Flowlines are the pipes which connect wellhead to gathering center. Special kind of carbon steel pipes are used which has bearing capacity of pressure and temperature. Each wellhead has to connect with each other. Installation of valves, manifold, and gauges in these pipes to control flow and pressure. Access road is prepared to reach on remote areas.
Excavation, trenching, and concrete work is done. SCADA system and communication systems are installed along with pipe. Hydrostatic testing is carried out to check out leaks, and pressure bearing capacity. If it is passed then oil will be flowed through this pipe.
