Majid Al Futtaim, the renowned developer behind some of the region’s most iconic lifestyle destinations, has officially awarded the construction contract for two of its premium residential communities—Plagette 32 and Amara—located within its flagship project, Tilal Al Ghaf in Dubai.
The AED 736 million contract has been granted to United Engineering Construction Company (UNEC), a well-respected firm with more than four decades of experience delivering landmark developments across the UAE. UNEC will be responsible for the comprehensive construction of 148 luxury villas, complete with full interior fit-outs, as well as the shell and core works for a central Beach Club. Their scope also includes all landscaping, infrastructure, and ancillary structures across the project sites.
