EWA Initiates Tender for New 66kV Substations to Meet Rising Power Demand in Bahrain

In response to the increasing electricity demand across various regions of the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) – Planning and Studies Directorate – has announced plans to launch a major infrastructure project for the development of new 66kV substations. The initiative aims to strengthen the national grid and enhance power distribution efficiency.
