TASARU Supplier Hub: Localizing the Global Automotive Supply Chain in Saudi Arabia

Executive Summary

PIF Private Sector Forum (Feb-2026) is ongoing in Riyadh. PIF has developed TASARU Supplier Hub. It is owned by TASARU Mobility Investment. TASARU Supplier Hub make a deal with five major industrial companies. These companies will develop a manufacturing facility within MASARAT Mobility Park which is situated in KAEC (King Abdullah Economic City). This kind of facilities will support the production requirements of CEER and Lucid Motors to manufacture 500,000 cars annually by 2030.

• It is located in strategic point King Salman Automotive Cluster which has direct access to King Abdullah Port and other logistics network.
• The global companies will have less operational cost because of shared infrastructure.
• This is an investment gateway as international player will enter in a platform which is based on "Plug and Play".

Strategic Impact of this Deal:

• This will support Saudi Vision 2030 to reduce dependency on oil export and make revenue on non-oil exports.
• This hub will create jobs for local Saudis and provide trainings to locals in Automotive Engineering.
• Saudi Arabia will strengthen its position in regional exporter of cars in MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region.
• As the main goal is to manufacture EVs (Electric Vehicles), so this hub will align with Saudi Green Initiate and will reduce carbon emission.
