The groundbreaking ceremony was held under the esteemed patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Region, and His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the Eastern Province.
Ideally located in Dhahran, ALDANAH enjoys proximity to key landmarks such as the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra), King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), and the region’s major commercial and business hubs.
Covering more than 1.7 million
square meters, the community will feature over 2,000 residential units upon
completion. It will showcase a diverse selection of home designs, offering nine
unique floor plans and two distinct façade styles.
Housing options include duplexes,
standard villas, and upscale five-bedroom villas.
Premium villas will be thoughtfully positioned along a lush green belt,
offering residents a blend of privacy and scenic surroundings. Each home is
thoughtfully designed to ensure a smooth move-in process and provide a
comfortable, contemporary living experience.
ALDANAH is designed as a
sustainable, family-oriented community that promotes healthy, active, and
well-balanced living. Approximately 145,000 square meters of the project is
dedicated to green spaces, featuring shaded pathways and pedestrian-friendly
streets that bring residents closer to nature.
Essential amenities will be integrated within the neighborhood, including
mosques, community and cultural centers, retail and commercial zones, as well
as educational institutions. The development is a key part of ROSHN’s ongoing
commitment to supporting Saudi Vision 2030, with a focus on increasing
homeownership and elevating the quality of life across the Kingdom.
Dr. Khalid Johar, Acting CEO of
ROSHN, described ALDANAH as a vibrant, deeply rooted community that reflects
the culture, spirit, and heritage of Greater Dammam.
