Project Overview
The Taiba 1 Power Project is a flagship energy
infrastructure development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, aimed at bolstering
national power generation capacity while aligning with the country’s clean
energy vision under Vision 2030. Located near the holy city of Madinah,
Taiba 1 is a strategically important initiative being developed to meet growing
electricity demand with high-efficiency, low-emission technology.
This world-class combined cycle power plant (CCPP) features
cutting-edge GE 7HA.03 gas turbines, known for their superior
performance, operational flexibility, and reduced environmental footprint. Once
completed, the project will significantly contribute to grid stability and
energy efficiency in the region.
